Currently, we ship to all 50 United States and select international locations. Shipping rates and delivery times may vary based on your location.

  • International Shipping: Available to Canada, United Kingdom, and European Union countries
  • APO/FPO: We ship to military addresses worldwide

2. Shipping Methods and Rates

Domestic Shipping (US)

  • Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): $5.99 for orders under $75
  • Expedited Shipping (3-5 business days): $9.99
  • Priority Shipping (2-3 business days): $14.99
  • Express Shipping (1-2 business days): $24.99

International Shipping

  • Canada: $12.99 (7-14 business days)
  • United Kingdom: $19.99 (10-21 business days)

3. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take up to 3 business days.

  • Standard Processing: 1-2 business days
  • Peak Season Processing: 2-3 business days
  • Custom Orders: 3-5 business days

Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day. Weekend and holiday orders will be processed on the next business day.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using:

  • The tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email
  • Your account dashboard on our website
  • Directly on the carrier's website (USPS, UPS, FedEx)

5. Special Handling

Temperature-Sensitive Products

Some vitamins and supplements require special handling to maintain their potency:

  • Probiotics and enzymes are shipped with cold packs when necessary
  • Temperature-sensitive items may require expedited shipping during extreme weather
  • We may delay shipments during extreme heat to protect product integrity

Bulk Orders

Orders over 50 pounds may require freight shipping. We'll contact you with freight options and rates for large orders.

6. Shipping Restrictions

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it:

We work with carriers to investigate lost packages and will provide replacements or refunds as appropriate.

Damaged Packages
