- Opened probiotics or refrigerated items
- Personal care items that have been opened
- Custom or personalized products
- Items damaged by misuse or normal wear

3. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, we'll gladly accept returns even if the product has been opened:

- Provide photos of the damage when possible
- We'll provide a prepaid return label
- Full refund or replacement will be provided
4. How to Return an Item

Who Pays for Return Shipping:
- Defective/Damaged Items: We provide prepaid return label
- Wrong Item Sent: We provide prepaid return label
- Change of Mind: Customer pays return shipping
- Size/Fit Issues: Customer pays return shipping
Return shipping typically costs $5.99-$12.99 depending on package size and will be deducted from your refund.
6. Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item:
- Inspection: 1-2 business days to verify condition
- Refund Processing: 3-5 business days
- Credit Card Refunds: 5-10 business days to appear on statement
- PayPal Refunds: 3-5 business days
You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
7. Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item:
- Return the original item following our return process
- Place a new order for the desired item
- We'll process your refund once the return is received
This ensures you receive the new item quickly while your return is being processed.
8. International Returns
International customers can return items, but:
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Items must clear customs (no prohibited substances)
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Processing may take additional time due to customs
9. Subscription Orders
For subscription orders:
- Individual shipments can be returned following our standard policy
- Cancel subscriptions anytime before the next shipment
- Refunds for subscription orders follow the same timeline

In some cases, we may offer store credit instead of a refund:

12. Fraudulent Returns
