Magtein and elemental magnesium

A 2 g serving of Magtein supplies 144 mg of elemental magnesium. The 2,000 mg compound weight is not the amount of elemental magnesium. This vegan, non-GMO powder offers an alternative to Magtein capsules.

The label directs mixing a rounded half-teaspoon into water or another beverage daily, preferably on an empty stomach two hours before sleep. Keep cool and dry after opening.
