Shipping Locations
We ship to all 50 United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally.

Shipping Rates
- Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders of $50.00 or more
- $5.95 flat rate on all U.S. orders under $50.00
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM CT or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
Transit & Total Delivery Time
Standard shipping transit time is 2–5 business days after shipment. Total estimated delivery time from order date (handling + transit) is 3–7 business days.
Alaska and Hawaii may experience longer transit times beyond the standard estimate.

We ship via UPS and USPS.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using:

- Directly on the carrier's website (UPS or USPS)
Address Changes
Address changes can only be made before your order ships. Once shipped, contact the carrier directly for delivery instructions. Address correction fees may apply for incorrect addresses.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at info@bestvitaminsonline.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will resolve the issue promptly.
