NOW Foods D3 + K2 - 90 Chewable Tablets

NOW Foods D3 + K2 combines two vitamins in a chewable tablet. Each tablet contains 125 mcg (5,000 IU) vitamin D3 as cholecalciferol and 90 mcg vitamin K2 as MK-7 (MenaQ7). The 90-tablet bottle provides 90 servings.

Directions and precautions

Chew one tablet daily with a meal containing fat. For adults only; do not exceed the recommended dose. Consult a physician if pregnant, nursing, taking medication or managing a medical condition, especially before combining vitamin K with anticoagulants. Discontinue use two weeks before surgery.

Keep away from children and pets. Xylitol is harmful to pets; seek veterinary care immediately after suspected ingestion. Read all label warnings before use.
