MethylPro Cofactors + L-Methylfolate 15 mg is a four-nutrient formula in a 30-capsule bottle. Each one-capsule serving combines L-5-methylfolate with vitamin B6, vitamin B12, and magnesium. It differs from the standalone L-Methylfolate 15 mg formula by including these additional nutrients.

Amounts per capsule

• Folate: 25 mg DFE, supplied by 15 mg L-5-methylfolate, calcium salt.
• Vitamin B6: 15 mg, supplied as pyridoxal 5'-phosphate.
• Vitamin B12: 1,000 mcg as methylcobalamin.
• Magnesium: 125 mg as amino acid chelate.
