Witch hazel and menthol cream

The supplied formula contains Menthol USP 0.8% as an analgesic and Witch Hazel USP 10% as an astringent. Follow the labeled directions for external application.

One 1 oz squeeze tube

The pictured packaging is a capped squeeze tube with an outer carton. The formula also includes shea butter, aloe leaf juice, lanolin and other ingredients listed below. Do not insert the cream into the rectum.

Ingredients

Active: Menthol USP 0.8% (analgesic), Witch Hazel USP 10% (astringent). Other: aesculus hippocastanum (horse chestnut) seed extract, alcohol, aloe barbadensis leaf juice, butyrospermum parkii (shea) butter, calendula officinalis flower extract, chamomilla recutita (matricaria) flower extract, caprylic/capric triglyceride, cetyl alcohol, cetyl hydroxyethylcellulose, ethylhexylglycerin, glycerin, glyceryl stearate, heptyl undecylenate, lanolin, olive (olea europaea) fruit oil, phenoxyethanol, polyglyceryl-3 dicitrate/stearate, prunus amygdalus dulcis (sweet almond) oil, purified water, tocopherol.

Directions and warnings

Adults: when practical, cleanse with mild soap and warm water, rinse and gently pat dry. Remove foil seal when opening. Apply externally up to 6 times daily. Children under 12: consult a doctor.

External use only. Do not exceed recommended dosage unless directed by a doctor. Do not insert into the rectum with fingers, devices or applicators. Stop and ask a doctor if symptoms persist or redness, irritation, swelling or pain develops/increases, bleeding occurs, or the condition worsens or fails to improve within 7 days. If pregnant or breastfeeding, ask a health professional. Keep away from children. If swallowed, seek medical help or contact Poison Control.
