Formula and caffeine amount

Each approximately 18 g serving contains betaine, creatine monohydrate, beta-alanine, L-carnitine and L-arginine, plus approximately 200 mg caffeine. The ingredient list also includes erythritol and stevia.

Label directions and precautions

Mix 1½ level tablespoons into 14–16 fl. oz. of water or another beverage 20–30 minutes before a workout. Do not exceed the label amount or use if sensitive to caffeine. Intended for adults.
