Mixing your serving

Stir or blend one level scoop into 8 fl. oz. of cold water, milk or juice daily, following the package directions. Use as a food supplement, not for weight reduction.

Keep in a cool, dry, dark place after opening. The container is filled by weight rather than volume, and natural color differences may occur. Review the label for complete nutrition and allergen information.
