NOW Foods Mega D-3 & MK-7 - 90 Capsules

NOW Foods Mega D-3 & MK-7 combines 125 mcg (5,000 IU) vitamin D3 with 180 mcg vitamin K2 as MenaQ7 MK-7 per capsule. The 90-capsule bottle provides 90 single-capsule servings.

Adult-use precautions

Follow the label’s one-capsule daily directions with a meal containing fat. Do not exceed the recommended amount. Consult a physician during pregnancy or nursing, with medication—especially anticoagulants, topical psoriasis medicines or thiazide diuretics—or with a medical condition, particularly hypercalcemia, kidney disease or hyperparathyroidism. The label directs stopping use two weeks before surgery. Keep away from children.
