NOW Foods Glycine 1000 mg provides free-form glycine in a 250-count bottle of vegetarian capsules. Each capsule contains 1,000 mg of this amino acid. The labeled three-capsule serving supplies 3,000 mg, with approximately 83 servings per bottle.

Capsule format

This vegan, non-GMO formula offers premeasured capsules rather than loose powder. Other ingredients are hypromellose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, vegetable-source stearic acid and silicon dioxide.

Label use

Take one to three capsules daily, preferably on an empty stomach, following the current label. Store in a cool, dry place after opening.
