Medical Grade Manuka honey, purified water, pharmaceutical salt, vegetable glycerin, natural fruit and plant extracts containing citric and ascorbic acids.

Directions and Storage

For people over 1 year of age who are not allergic to bees or bee products. Insert the nozzle into each nostril and depress the pump completely while breathing in through the nose. Spray 1–2 pumps in each nostril in any 4-hour period, up to 3 times per day. Clean the nozzle after each use. Store at room temperature or refrigerate. Follow the supplied package directions.
