Directions and Care
Position the widest part beneath the urethra, keeping clothing outside the cup, and tilt the open end downward. After use, slide forward with gentle upward pressure, then rinse. Wash with soap and water when convenient. Dishwasher safe. Practice in the shower before using away from home. Follow the supplied instructions.
