Homeopathic Tablet Formula
This oral formula lists Avena Sativa, Calcarea Phosphorica, Chamomilla, Ferrum Phosphoricum, Humulus Lupulus, Kali Phosphoricum, Magnesia Phosphorica, Natrum Phosphoricum and Passiflora as homeopathic actives. The product name does not establish effectiveness.
Active and Inactive Ingredients
Active: Avena Sativa 4X, Calcarea Phosphorica 3X, Chamomilla 4X, Ferrum Phosphoricum 3X, Humulus Lupulus 4X, Kali Phosphoricum 3X, Magnesia Phosphorica 3X, Natrum Phosphoricum 3X, Passiflora 4X (HPUS).
Inactive: Lactose, Magnesium Stearate, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Starch (Corn and Tapioca).
Age-Specific Directions and Warnings
Adults and children 12 years and over: As a relaxant, swallow 1–2 tablets with water until relieved, up to 3 times per day; for occasional sleeplessness, 1–3 tablets before bedtime. Children 6 to under 12: As a relaxant, swallow 1 tablet with water until relieved, up to 3 times per day; for occasional sleeplessness, 1–2 tablets before bedtime. Stop use and ask a doctor if symptoms persist more than 7 days or worsen.
