Take 1 capsule per day or as directed by your health-care practitioner.
Important Information
This product should not be used to replace any anti-depressant medication, including prescription forms of lithium, unless used under the direction of a qualified health-care practitioner. Lithium Synergy should not be used by individuals with significant renal or cardiovascular diseases, severe debilitation, dehydration, or sodium depletion, or by individuals who are taking diuretics or angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitors. Consult your doctor before use if you are taking anti-hypertensive drugs, anti-inflammatory drugs, analgesic drugs, or insulin. Lithium should not be used by pregnant women and breastfeeding mothers. Serum lithium levels should be monitored by a qualified health-care provider during use.
