Shipping policy
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM CT may be processed the following business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Economy: $5.95 for U.S. orders under $50.00.
- Economy: Free for U.S. orders of $50.00 or more.
- Standard: $6.90 for shipments weighing 0–1 lb.
- Standard: $9.90 for shipments weighing 1–5 lb.
Economy shipping transit time is 5–8 business days. Standard shipping transit time is 3–4 business days. Processing time is separate from transit time. Alaska and Hawaii may experience longer transit times.
Carriers We ship via UPS and USPS.
Geographic Coverage We ship eligible products to all 50 U.S. states, subject to product-specific shipping restrictions. Some Gaia Herbs tinctures are restricted to ground delivery within the contiguous 48 United States and cannot be shipped to Alaska or Hawaii. Check the shipping notice on the individual product page; that restriction takes precedence over the general shipping destinations and delivery estimates. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order directly on the carrier's website.
Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at info@bestvitaminsonline.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will resolve the issue promptly.
