Shipping policy
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM CT may be processed the following business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Free Standard Shipping on all orders of $50 or more
- Standard Shipping — $5.95 flat rate on orders under $50
Standard shipping transit time is 2–5 business days. Total estimated delivery (handling + transit) is 3–7 business days. Alaska and Hawaii may experience longer transit times.
Carriers We ship via UPS and USPS.
Geographic Coverage We ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order directly on the carrier's website.
Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at info@bestvitaminsonline.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will resolve the issue promptly.
