We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after the delivery date to request a return.
Return Eligibility Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return. Opened or used dietary supplements, vitamins, and personal care products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned: opened supplement bottles or pouches; items marked as final sale; products damaged due to misuse or improper storage.
Restocking Fee There is no restocking fee on eligible returns.
Return Shipping Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. For damaged or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
How to Start a Return Email us at info@bestvitaminsonline.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond with a return authorization and shipping instructions within 2 business days. Ship items to: Midwest Vitamins LLC, 20750 Rogers Drive, Suite C, Rogers, MN 55374. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Incorrect Items Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 7 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please include a photo and your order number. We will provide a prepaid return label and arrange a replacement or full refund — including original shipping — at no cost to you.
Exchanges Contact us at info@bestvitaminsonline.com to request an exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability and must meet the same eligibility requirements as returns.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email within 2 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the return. Original shipping charges are not refunded unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. If more than 10 business days have passed since approval, contact us at info@bestvitaminsonline.com.
